August 26, 2009I took 1,227 photos in Japan from 6/21 to 7/7. I had to convert them to Jpg, fix and edit, and resize while deleting a lot of no-good and non-interesting photos.
I've been experiencing the trip again in my photos, I've visited Hokkaido again and came back to Tokyo again and ..... finally my trip ended, again, after one and a half months.
The final numbers of my photos : 564, exactly 50% survived.
Now I have to take new photos, have to get used to my new camera!
It was raining - a tropical shower - so I was preparing to go out, but by the time I got to the closest park, the rain was gone and the Sun was already too hot. All the raindrops I was expected were quickly evaporated, I just got some on this Waterlily.
It's too hot to be outside and be patient to wait for the moments I'd like to shoot.....maybe I should think of something to shoot without going outside.....for a while....

Your Hokkaido's photos are wonderful. I enjoyed viewing them although I have not seen all of them yet. I am going back to your Picasa site and check on it every now and then.
Good job on this white water lily.
