Spring Maples

These things, fruits/seeds of Maples, called Samara, I'd learned. I am not sure which part is one samara, one has both wings or one side is one samara, whatever.....

I was thinking of Maple flowers and seeds, and the park I'd chosen to go yesterday have those Maple trees! These are flowers of Red Maple, you don't even see them until you are close.

Reflections in drops

Drop, droplet, dew.....are so cute, always attract my attention. When I see one of them close-up, I see some reflections and wonder how they got there. I placed daisies, tried to make pretty drops(Avocado leaf works well), get daisies in them, tried to avoid excessive light reflections, tried this aperture, that shutterspeed, and tried hard to focus focus focus.
水滴、水玉、露・・・・ころころキラキラとてもかわいくて大好き。クローズアップしてみると周りの何かが映ってる、どこにあるものがどう映るんだろう。ということで、いろいろ試してみました。

Light

光がマンマルになって虹色のプリズムになるのが、すごく好きです。マルだけでも好き。すごくカワイイので、写真の的がどこにあるのか忘れてしまって、背景のキラキラばっかり見てしまいます。これは、クリスマスの飾りの、キラキラ光るリボンを後ろに置きました。水滴の白いだけでも好きだけどこれはいろんな色になるので、日向（じゃないとこの効果が現れません）で夢中になってまたまた汗をかきました。明日からはまた寒波がくるそうで、汗も久しぶりだったけど、まだ冬らしい。

Still Orange

I was thinking to go somewhere to take new photos, but didn't come up with any idea WHERE to go. It doesn't have to be special places, can be a neighborhood park, can be just outside in the yard.....but still didn't know where. So I ended up with one orange, again, and played with it. I was trying to get that light reflections, that pretty circles, along with the nice orange color. It have to be in the full Sun and this is the result of my sweaty work today.
新しい写真を撮りに、どこかに行こうと思いながらも、とうとうどこに行きたいか決められない朝でした。特にすごくいい所じゃなくてもいい、裏庭に行くか公園に行くかでもいいんだけど、どうにも気が乗らないアイディアばかり・・・。落ち着いた先はまたオレンジ。水滴に光が当たってできるキラキラの効果を、キレイなオレンジ色と一緒に撮りたいと思って、日向にテーブルを引っ張り出しました。北の方ではまだ雪だというのに、汗だくになってできた写真です。

Florida Orange

We have oranges all around the year, but they are getting sweeter and juicier (and cheaper) from now on. I cut one orange, squeezed it, chose the glass, put the slice, took photos, and drunk it. Thinking the title now.....Sunny, sun-kissed, sunshine......it tasted very good!
フロリダには１年中オレンジがあるとはいえ、やっぱり今からの季節のオレンジは甘くてジューシーでそして安くなります。絞りたてオレンジジュース・・・・写真を撮ったあとおいしく飲みました。それからこの写真のタイトルを考えてます。太陽に関係ある言葉のイメージ・・・・ですね。

Another Weed

This one is even smaller than Florida Tassel Flower! We never know about these details until seeing this in computer. Too small to see the flowers make a flower, that little yellow tip, tones of purple, pollen all over look like some powder sugar... also too small to use a tripod, I had to get down on the ground to a bug's view to take this photo.
この間の「雑草」とはまた違う、もっと小さい雑草です。あんまり小さいから、撮った写真をコンピューターで見てみるまで、小さい花が集まっていること、小さい黄色が飛び出してること、花粉が粉砂糖のようにいっぱいくっついてること・・・とても見えませんでした。あんまり小さいから、三脚も高すぎて使えません。地面にはいつくばって、昆虫の視点にならないと・・・・・。

IKEA

My favorite store IKEA is now open, just 15 min. from my place! I didn't have anything particular to buy, but already went there twice, and I took these two photos on each visit.

I love there design - simple, warm, and comfortable, and colors - vivid and gentle.
はるばるスウェーデンから、なんとうちから１５分の距離にIKEAがオープンしました。大好きなストアです。人間工学に基づいたデザインは簡単であったかい。色ははっきりしてるのにやわらかい。別に何を買う用もないのに２回行って、照明売り場でこんな写真を撮っちゃいました。
