They were moving, picking, swimming.....and I saw these kids fell asleep and were floating around!!

Tulip is one of my favorite. I like yellow tulips. These red tulips are store bought, and lasted only 2 days, that's what I don't like about tulip......they don't last long at all.
I'd never seen these totally sphere shaped flowers before. Amazing! Flowers as a chshion with yellow head pins.....Buttonbush is the common name, they are by the pond at the park. This blue bug was covered with the yellow pollen, too busy at his job to notice me very close.
I took this shot of Butterfly, open and close her wings on the flower, didn't know there was a dragonfly passing by and got into my picture!
I saw a bird taking a bath in the edge of the lake at the park, the sunlight and splashes made me feel very spring, and I saw the other side, there was a field of clover, I lay on the blanket and took pictures, almost fell asleep.
My birthday today! We are getting older and older, some people even don't feel celebrating their birthday anymore. I really don't want to get older, but that is that. I feel new, I feel special, I am glad on my birthday! This is the cake I baked, and my niece decolated. I wanted rasberry too, but the small pack was $5.99 and that's rediculous! Blackberry was sweet, blueberry wasn't.
Morning Glory Day 16: The 3rd leaf in the middle, and I can see the 4th is coming up.
On my hands and knees, got my jeans soaking wet, I was taking "Morning dew on the grasses" pictures on Saturday morning. It was a little before 8 o'clock, soon after the Sun came up.
Muscovy Duck, very popular duck here in Florida, we secretly call them ugly ducks...sorry! Their ducklings are very pretty and we wait for them every spring, and these are the first five I saw this spring! Because of the big birds, herons or Ibis?, not many of them survive the whole childhood.....like 2 or 3 out of 10 chicks will be teenagers , maybe.
These flowers are too small to focus, this is the best I got and I cropped a lot to show.
Something started to grow in my Hydrangea pot, and it looked cute so I left it there. It had grown tall and these compound leaves only are already cute, but I saw really tiny flowers today. About 1 milimeter in diameter size, they might have been there for a few days. They are so small that I have no idea how I noticed them!
このクルクルがなんともカワイイではないですか・・・・・ひとつの花びらがひとつの花なのですヨ・・・
I didn't know this "Plantation Botanical Park", it's just behind my daughter's school! Our city ”Plantation”'s city park, where we live! It was a small park, and young park, not so many plants and flowers but it will be nice one day. There were some rare trees, but nothing was flowering yet. The houses around the park had better flowers in their yards! The best I got today was Dandelion, the real one! OK, I will go back there in a few weeks!
There's one more. Purple Tree!! Jacaranda (Jacaranda mimosifolia)! These flowers covers whole tree and make it "Purple tree", too. It's really a spectacular view that this large tree looks just lavender-blue. I made a jewel-box photo out of one flower of Jacaranda last year. I love this tree!
This yellow tree photo was taken March 2007
The yellow tree above, Yellow Poui (Tabebuia serratifolia), is "The flowering tree of March" here. The very bright yellow flowers arrive before the leaves, so it looks just "yellow tree", so gorgeous. Every year, when March comes, we see these trees everywhere and they make us feel spring. But this year, yellow trees were not so yellow, not many flowers, not everywhere. Because the temperature was much lower this year? Before the flowers cover the tree, the leaves started to come out, didn't make yellow tree all yellow.
これは羽をひろげたところを後ろから・・・・お尻と羽全体をフリフリさせてメスにアピールしてました。
There are a lot of peacocks at Flamingo Garden, they are just walking around us, some are climbing the tree, some are calling loud, some are just displaying like this, of course. Such a beautiful bird, but their face....quite scary, meany face......sorry!
Another of strange plants at Flamingo Garden - Mickey Mouse Plant!! The upper photo tells you why it got the name. Strange thing is, this red part is not the flower but sepal. Their flowers are bright yellow, similar to the buttercup, and like two months later the sepals enlarge and turn scarlet, revealing green seeds, which turn black as they ripen. But but but.....I saw this exact tree 4 months ago, it was like this! Looks the same every time I see this tree! Yellow flowers cover the plant????I want to see that, when can I come back to see you like that???
